By default, an AI tells you what sounds good, not what's true. During the 2026 elections in Peru and Colombia, I had one narrate election day live, minute by minute, with no team and nobody else's money. It's called CONDOR. The hard part wasn't getting the AI to talk. It was getting it not to lie.
Every so often someone messages me: 'I'm about to launch my app, any advice?'. This is what I tell them, and it's not theory: it's what I learned by charging, failing and crashing. Launch cheap, decide whether you want glory or money, test with strangers, look for recurrence, and build a shot, not a vitamin.
Lately the topic shows up everywhere: that feeling of being behind, like everyone's crushing it except you. I don't have a finished theory, but I saw something back in my music days: people as good as or better than others didn't make it, and others did. It wasn't talent, it was luck. This is what I've been thinking about comparing yourself, without pretending I've got it figured out.
It's been a week since the runoff and we still don't know who won. I read recently that you only understand your country once you stop living in it. That happened to me: I understood what Peru was worth in Buenos Aires, hearing an old man say 'vale un Perú', it's worth a Peru. About leaving, coming back to conquer it, the punch in the face, and what I'm still sorting out about my country.
I applied to Startup Perú 3 times. They rejected me all 3. The story looks nice laid out in order. Living it was something else. About the day I stopped asking for permission to keep building.
In 1954, Roger Bannister ran a mile in under 4 minutes and changed history. The impossible stopped being impossible. Business works the same way: limits aren't real until someone crosses them. This post is about that moment when everything changes // when your head stops saying “it can't be done” and starts doing it...

It's not IQ or connections: it's shrinking the time between thinking and doing. How the people who move a business actually operate. Less permission, more results.
Not sure you're going to like what I'm about to say. But if you work at a startup, or you're building something from scratch, you need to read this. There are 2 kinds of people:
Sometimes what takes you furthest isn't being the fastest or the smartest. It's holding on, adapting and keeping going. In this post, some real examples that show sometimes you win by outlasting everyone.
I thought my startup was growing. Turns out it was just moving. I learned that growth isn't more orders, it's getting customers to come back, to pay, and keeping the business from sucking the life out of you. This is a true story about what real growth means.
Carlos Añaños va a ser mi mentor!!! 🤯🤯🤯
Ahora a ejecutar y seguir sumando valor 💪💪

In Peru's startup ecosystem, there's a constant craving for our first unicorn. You hear it at conferences, in interviews, in conversations. The ecosystem is moving forward, but sometimes that focus seems to pull us away from what really matters.
